A visit to the veterinary practice can be a daunting experience for both you and your pet.
Your pet will be entering a new environment and their health will no doubt be your priority. With this in mind, it's vital that the first contact you have with the practice is both warm and friendly for you and your pet.
When you visit our practices, the first contact you have is with our reception team.
Their job is to help make your visit as pleasant and as trauma-free as possible.
As well as checking your details are correct, our fantastic front of house team will help you and your pet to feel right at home.
The reception is staffed by one part-time and two full-time team members. They all love animals and make it their priority to get to know you and your pet on first name terms.
If there is anything about your visit that you are unsure of, please don't hesitate to ask our reception team. They are always willing to help allay any fears and confusion with regard to your visit.
Waiting to see our nurses and surgeons may take a little longer than expected from time to time. All of our dedicated veterinary professionals leave no stone unturned and this may mean that treatment for some pets may take longer than others.
To ensure that your visit is comfortable, our reception team will supply you with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. We even have a few bowls of water available to keep your pet hydrated while they wait.
